Ervin Holland

Ervin Holland, 92, of Orange Park, Florida passed to his heavenly home on September 5, 2021. He was born on February 17, 1929, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Willie & Mary Holland.

Ervin was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Mary Lou Holland, who passed away in 2012; son. Jeff Holland of the home; parents, Mary and Willie Holland of Cherry Hill, Arkansas; and sisters Myrtle Cox, Rosalee Dilbeck, Doris Smith and Verlon Pressley.

Much of Ervin’s spare time was spent casting a line over still waters-hoping to catch a fish or three. As a clock collector, Ervin was acutely aware and grateful of the time he was given to see his family grow.

He is survived by his children, Dave Holland (Christina) of Orange Park, Florida and Terri Lillard of Lake Wylie, South Carolina; Grandsons: Jeff Holland of Orange Park, Florida and Scott Holland of Orange Park Florida; granddaughter, Marie Ferrante of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Julie Fopiano of Lake Wylie, South Carolina; four great-granddaughters; brother, Billy Joe Holland(Mary Ellen) of Aurora, Colorado; sisters Ruby Henry (Carl) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Linda Rosson (Hollis) and Carolyn Jones (Billy) of Mena Arkansas; many nieces, nephews, as well as, a host of good friends and his church family at Christ Community Fellowship.

Memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Church in Mena, Arkansas on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 12:00 PM.
