Herbert James Cummings, Jr

Herbert James Cummings, JR. 59, of Malvern, AR went to his heavenly home on March 10, 2022. Herbert was born on August 6, 1962, to Herbert Cummings SR. and Peggy Hill in Booneville, AR.

Herbert is survived by his wife Teresa (Terri) Cummings, Two Daughters; Ashley Goyne of Sheridan, and Tasha Talbert of friendship, Two Sons; Brandon Cummings of Sheridan and Austin Cummings of Benton, Six Grandchildren; Jacob Newman, Madison (Beau) Cummings, Hannah (Dalton) Cummings, Garrett Cummings, Jazmine Talbert, and Cierra Talbert, One Great child; Kelsey Faye Shilling, Mother; Peggy Hill, Siblings; Martha Strong, Kathy Cummings, Carl (Sharon) Cummings, Gary (Becky) Cummings, and Roger Cummings, close Cousins; Tim (Brandy) Jones and Joey (Teresa) Cummings, best friend and hunting partner; David (Diane) Givens.

James loved working in the logwoods, hunting and fishing. He loved his family and friends dearly and leaves them with lots of cherish able memories.

Services for Herbert Cummings will be directed by Atkinson Funeral Home in Malvern, AR.

Visitation will be Monday, March 14, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Funeral services are Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 10:00 AM in the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services following at Rest Haven Cemetery in Malvern, AR.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Newman, Austin Cummings, Brandon Cummings, Carl Cummings, David Givens and Tim Jones.

Honorary Pallbearers are his co-workers of Witham Logging Co. and Joey Cummings.
