Phillip Stone

Heaven got another Angel; Phillip Micheal Stone left this earth on September 10, 2019. He was born in Malvern, AR on September 3, 1960, to A.B. and Lorene Stone. Mike was a construction & iron worker; he was a motorcycle enthusiast, even after a major accident in 2011. He loved being outside, camping, canoeing at the river, and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, AB Stone, and his brother, Gene Stone.
Phillip is survived by his mom, Lorene Stone; his nieces, Stephanie Stone Allgood (JP), Brittani Stone (Lawrence); and 5 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 12, 2019, from 6 to 8 pm at the Atkinson Funeral Chapel in Malvern. Funeral service will be Friday, September 13, 2019, at 2pm at the Atkinson Chapel. Burial will be at Cooper Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Billy Hale, David Baker, JR Ross, Steve Hobbs, Dennis Henderson, and Sonny Gregory. Honorary pallbearer is Brian George.
