Shelton Kirk Frank,62 of Malvern, passed away on May 29, 2024. He was born in El Dorado, Arkansas to Marvin and Bette Frank on November 14, 1961. Shelton is predeceased in death by his parents, his sister, Lyndra Womack, his brother, Marvin Frank Jr. and great-nephew, Joseph Canales.

He is survived by wife Cheryl, his brother, Kevin Frank (Silvia), sister-in-law, Judie Frank, brother-in-law, LaMarr Womack, nephew, Michael Frank, nieces Tina Dickey (David), Michelle Matledge, JoLynn Niemann (Andy), Marla Hubbard, Danielle Austin and Kaci Kelly (Teddy). He is also survived by numerous great nephews and nieces and a host of other family and friends, especially his very special god-daughter, Mandy....
