Jamie Tucker Bowen. age 83, joined her soul mate and love of her life, DeWayne Bowen, on April 18, 2026. She was born to Gerald and Pearl Tucker on December 29, 1942, in Malvern, AR.

She is proceeded in death by her infant son, Gerald DeWayne, beloved nephew Brian Otwell and several in-laws. She is survived by her son, Don and wife Hollye Bowen, two grandchildren, Brianna Driskill and Jess Bowen, adopted son Ronny Shackelford, sisters, Jean Fuller (Barney) and Sandy Otwell (Leon). Surviving sisters-in-laws, Joyce Wetherington and Connie Bowen, along with all of Malvern, many beloved nieces, nephews and others.

Jamie worked many years for Chamberlain Doors, also serving as a Union representative during that time. Her hobbies included reading books, watching the hummingbirds, while enjoying her many flowers planted in her garden. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, attending any event, animal show, band concert, or sports activities she could. One of her many talents was cooking, famous for her potato salad at family gatherings. She loved everyone and had the biggest, giving heart!

Jamie and DeWayne loved spending time with family and friends, that was when they were their happiest. Jamie missed her beloved husband so much after his passing that we take comfort knowing that they are reunited.

Pallbearers are Michael Otwell, James Ross, Ricky Ross, David Baum, James Bowen, and Joe Cohen.
