Milton Edward Dyer, born on August 10, 1940, in Brinkley, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, in Magnet Cove. His journey across eighty-five years was marked by devotion to family, enduring relationships, and a deep-seated connection to his roots.

Milton was the cherished son of the late Robert Claud Dyer and Helen Alberta Compton Dyer. 

Among his greatest joys was his loving family. Milton is survived by his devoted wife, Ila Joyce Dyer, who remained by his side throughout the many seasons of their life together. Their bond was a testament to enduring love and partnership, cultivated through the years and evident to all who knew them.

Milton was a proud father to two sons, Damon Dyer (Lisa) and Darren Dyer( Lisa). He is also survived by his brother, Robert Dyer (Peggy), and his sister, Barbara Day. Together, they formed a family strengthened by shared memories, support, and affection.

Milton was a proud grandfather to Zachery Dyer (Jamie), Shawn Dyer (Christin), Amanda Dyer (Emma), Jennifer Tucker ( Jordan), Nick Dyer ( Liz), Craig Denham (Tisha), Ronny Denham. 19 great, grand kids and 1 great, great granddaughter, and one on the way.

Milton Served his country in the Army, and upon his return he opened North Malvern Lumber Company,  then began working for the National Parks in Hot Springs and later retired from there, Milton had a passion for raising flowers of all kinds as well raising birds, he love the outdoors and spending time making memories with his family.

Throughout his years, Milton touched many lives. Those fortunate enough to know him will remember his quiet strength, unwavering dedication to family, and the gentle wisdom he offered to those around him.
